Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Journey 2 Health ("we," "us," "our"). By engaging with our services or website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Journey 2 Health offers wellness coaching, nutritional assessments, health consultations, and fitness guidance. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical treatment.

2. Payment Terms & Refunds

  • All payments are due upfront at the time of booking.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduled 72 hours in advance.
  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate health information and follow all recommended protocols. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to misinformation.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or negative outcomes from wellness programs. Always consult a medical professional before making health changes.

5. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by South African law and any disputes must be settled within the legal jurisdiction of South Africa.

Bookings, Refund & Cancellation Policy 


2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

  • If a client fails to show up or cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the full session fee is charged.
  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened session.

4. Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. We may, at our discretion, waive fees for extenuating circumstances.


At Journey to Health, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure the best experience for all clients and manage our schedule efficiently, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy. 

1. Booking Fees & Payments

A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm all appointments.

🔹 This fee secures your appointment and will be credited towards your service on the day of your appointment.

🔹 If you reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice, your fee will be transferred to your new appointment.

🔹 If you cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment or do not show up, the booking fee is forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required for future appointments.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, to be fair to all clients, we have the following policy:

✔️ Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with a minimum of 72 hours' notice without losing your booking fee.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice or do not show up, the booking fee is non-refundable, and a new fee will be required to rebook.

3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals & Late Cancellations 

  • If a client fails to show up or cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the full session fee is charged.
  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened session.
  • ⏳ If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. 
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.

4. Why This Policy?

When an appointment is booked, we reserve that time just for you. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows mean that other clients miss the opportunity to book, and we are unable to fill that time slot. Thank you for your understanding and respect for our scheduling process.

1. Voluntary Participation

By signing up for a wellness consultation, health test, or fitness program, clients confirm they: ✔ Understand the risks involved

✔ Are participating voluntarily

✔ Accept full responsibility for their health choices

2. Release of Liability

Clients waive all claims against Journey 2 Health for injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects arising from recommendations.

3. Confidentiality

All client health data remains confidential and is handled in accordance with POPIA.
